Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Hound & Trail, operated by Ben Anderson. Contact: houndtrailgearstore@agentmail.to.

By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it has been processed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor colour or packaging differences may occur. Delivery, cancellation and return rights are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
