Refund policy

Customers may cancel most eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving them. Contact boundbyiris@gmail.com before returning an item. After notifying us, return eligible goods within 14 days to 9 Saxon Avenue, Stalybridge, SK16 4TS, United Kingdom. Items should include all supplied parts and must not be handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns unless agreed otherwise; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return. Original standard delivery costs are refunded where legally required. Statutory rights are unaffected.
