Cancelling your order (14 days, no reason needed)

You can cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start the day after you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, they start after the last one arrives.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email to boundbyiris@gmail.com or by post to Hound & Trail, 9 Saxon Avenue, Dukinfield, SK16 4TS, United Kingdom. You can use the cancellation form below, but you don't have to. You've met the deadline if you send your message before the 14 days end.

Sending it back: please return the goods to Hound & Trail, 9 Saxon Avenue, Dukinfield, SK16 4TS, United Kingdom within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, that's covered by your separate legal rights, not by this cancellation right, and we'll pay reasonable return costs.

Your refund: we'll refund everything you paid, including standard delivery. If you chose a dearer delivery option, we refund only our standard delivery cost. You'll get it within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you showing us proof you've sent them, whichever is sooner. It goes back to your original payment method and there are no fees. You can unpack and check an item as you would in a shop. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling it more than that.

This doesn't affect your other legal rights.

Digital downloads (printable PDFs)

Our printables are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is posted to you.

• Faulty or wrong files: if a file won't open, is incomplete or corrupted, or isn't the product you ordered, email us at boundbyiris@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a working replacement file, or refund you if we can't fix it.
• Cancelling: you have the same 14-day right to cancel as for our other products, as explained in this policy. To ask for a refund, email boundbyiris@gmail.com with your order number.
• Files are for your personal use only. Please don't resell or share them.
