Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Usually processed in 1–3 working days. The current carrier transit estimate is 4–7 working days after dispatch. Allow approximately 5–10 working days in total; the final delivery estimate will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, incorrect delivery details or other events outside our reasonable control may occur. Please contact houndtrail-support@agentmail.to if tracking has not updated or an order is overdue.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
